The photographer

I photograph what most people overlook.

Greyscale Photography — the photographer

Behind the lens

Solo photographer. Disney Cast Member. Traveling wherever the story takes me.

How it started

I work at Disney — and being surrounded by that kind of magic every single day made me want to start capturing it. When you spend your time in a place built entirely around wonder, you start noticing things differently. The way light wraps around Spaceship Earth at golden hour. The reflection of fireworks in a puddle. The look on a kid's face the moment they see their favorite character for the first time. I couldn't stop wanting to freeze those moments.

So I saved up and bought my first Canon Rebel. Nothing fancy — just an entry-level DSLR and a kit lens — but it changed everything. I started shooting everything around me: architecture, details, people mid-laugh, hands, shadows, the geometry of a geodesic dome against a Florida sky. I didn't know all the rules yet, which meant I wasn't afraid to break them.

Disney taught me that the magic is always in the details — and that the best moments happen when nobody's performing for the camera. That instinct — slow down, look closer, wait for the real thing — is still how I shoot today, whether I'm photographing a wedding, a family, or somewhere entirely new.

"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."

How I work

01

Presence over performance

I don't direct. I observe. My job is to disappear into the scene so you forget I'm there — and then be ready when the real moment happens.

02

Light as language

Every photograph is a conversation between subject and light. I spend as much time reading a location as I do shooting it. Natural light, when you understand it, is the most honest tool there is.

03

Restraint in editing

I edit the way I shoot — with intention and economy. No heavy presets, no trendy filters. The goal is a photograph that looks like itself, not like a photograph from this year.

04

I travel to you

Based in Tampa, FL — but available anywhere. I've shot on beaches, in barns, in ballrooms, and on mountainsides. Tell me where your story is happening and I'll be there.

Ready to work together?

I take on a limited number of sessions each year to give every client the attention they deserve. If your date is open, let's talk.
